First, select the appropriate connection method according to the specific conditions of the caliber and the pipeline

1. Welding: Install at the appropriate time according to the progress of the site. Fix the bracket in advance, draw a sketch according to the actual size, and prefabricate the pipeline to minimize the number of pipe fittings and welding dead ends on the pipeline. Straighten the pipe in advance. When the installation is interrupted, the opening should be closed. If the design requires a casing, add the casing during the installation process. According to the design and equipment requirements, reserve the interface, plug it, and prepare for the next process test. Pressure work.

2. Thread connection: The pipe thread is processed by a threading machine. The 1/2-3/4 pipe can be artificially threaded. After the thread is finished, the nozzle should be cleaned to keep the nozzle smooth. The broken thread and the missing wire should not exceed 10% of the total number of threads. The connection should be firm, no exposed linseed at the root, the exposed thread of the root should not be more than 2-3 buckles, and the exposed part of the thread has good corrosion resistance.

3. Flange connection: Flange connection is required for the connection between pipes and valves. The flange can be divided into flat welding flange, butt welding flange, etc. The flange is made of finished products. The flange and the center line of the pipe are perpendicular, and the nozzle must not protrude from the flange sealing surface. Lubricate the bolts of the flange before use. Lubricate the bolts symmetrically. Tighten them in two or three times. The exposed length of the screw should not exceed 1/2 of the screw diameter. The nut should be on the same side. The flange gasket must not protrude into the pipe. There must be no inclined pads and more than two pads in the middle of the flange.

Second, anti-corrosion: two silver powder brushes for galvanized tubes, and two hot-dip galvanized asphalt brushes.

Third, the pipeline laying should be installed within the first clean dirt, rubbish and the like to prevent slag fall within the pipe, the pipe has good installed shall wrap sealing.

Fourth, the construction is completed, the entire system should be hydrostatically pressure test. The pressure of the living water supply is 0.6mpa, and the pressure drop within five minutes is not more than 20kpa, which is qualified.
